I am delighted to welcome you to Pathways School.  In career spanning 30 years in education, I have been privileged to work in a wide variety of schools: maintained and independent, Free School Academies, Primary and Secondary, specialist SEMH and mainstream, as a teacher, school leader, Head and Principal.  In this time, and throughout my range of experiences, I have always believed that the greatest value in education lies in supporting the most vulnerable members of our communities.

At Pathways School we are developing a creative and individualised learning journey for each of our young people.  We aim to blend the latest thinking in autism and SEND education, therapy and therapeutic support to meet the learning needs of our young people.  Our foundation in Applied Behaviour Analysis and Positive Behaviour Support ensures that we know our learners incredibly well and gives us all, parents, carers and school staff, the best opportunity to support their transition to adult life.
